Counseling services for adults, children, teens, and families include the following modalities:

Counseling Approach

We strongly believe that as we become whole, our capacity for tolerance increases and we are able to manage difficulties in a more positive manner. Our role is that of a companion during the time we will spend together.  Through a warm, accepting, curious and slow pace, you will be able to explore what brought you to counseling.  We integrate humor and playfulness not only with children but also with adults.  We like to promote growth through different mediums such as art, play, music, and movement.

We also explore healthier lifestyles and life choices through caring for our mind, heart and body.  We bring a combination of life experiences and education. I see the client as the expert in their lives.  Above all, we offer a relational, non-directive, nurturing, non-judgmental and playful presence.
