I particularly enjoy working with Latinas and I feel fortunate to be part of their transformation and personal growth journeys.

We all face challenges sometimes ... losing a loved one, losing a job, unfulfilled goals, low self esteem, unresolved guilt, stress, transitions, conflicts in relationships, illness, and mental health issues, to name a few. In the therapy process my clients have the space to talk about their feelings, and share their thoughts without judgement. I guide them in developing strategies to manage and transform their problems into strengths.
