LPC-Associate

Amy Rogers

As a holistic therapist, I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. My approach integrates mind, body, and spirit to help clients feel understood, valued, and empowered.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, school-related issues and behaviors, major life transitions, and blended family dynamics. Support is also available for parents of neurodivergent children or those with learning differences, clients living with chronic illnesses, and families navigating divorce, domestic violence, and grief. Whether facing stress, feeling stuck, or striving to build healthier relationships, clients will find a warm, collaborative space to reconnect with joy and create meaningful change.

Education and Training

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A), I am supervised by Ana Maria Cabezas. I am also a certified school counselor in Texas. I have experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings.

My training incorporates elements of play therapy and art therapy techniques, along with mindfulness-based and integrative approaches. I also provide coaching and support for parents navigating the 504 and special education systems. Ongoing professional development ensures compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
