Penny Pine Dove
Penny’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that suffering is a universal human experience, and all humans have inherent resilience to understand and overcome our most difficult experiences. We often do the best we know at the time and still want to do better.
Penny works with each client to create a personalized and effective treatment plan, ensuring that their unique needs and circumstances are addressed. She helps her clients identify strategies and take actions that align with their values. She uses various modalities such as CBT, DBT, expressive arts activities, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Penny specializes in PTSD recovery and is intensively trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy. She supports clients in learning to no longer be shaped solely by traumatic and painful events in their lives.
“I look forward to supporting you on your path toward healing”
