As human beings, we are created for connection. And it's often in seeking connection that we've been hurt.
Life can bring chaos and pain that leaves wounds: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Therapy is a space to tend to those wounds, to make meaning out of what you've been through, and to find strength in your own story.
I support my clients by weaving together relational healing, spirituality, and grief work. My goal is to help you move through hardship and make room for more joy, wellness, and love.
As the daughter of a Mexican immigrant father and Tejana mother, I know that cultural identity and generational history are sources of strength and resilience. I invite those resources into our work together. I'm committed to culturally responsive, LGBTQ-inclusive and affirming care.
