Counselor-in-Training

Arelis Roche

I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) mental health counseling intern passionate about supporting children and families in their journey toward healing, growth, and emotional connection.

My personal journey has taught me what it means to experience the world in a different way. This has deeply shaped my desire to help others with authenticity, compassion, and respect. I know the value of being understood—and the strength that comes from feeling truly seen.

Let’s Talk!

I am here to support you with warmth, professionalism, and integrity. If you, your child, or your family are looking for a safe space to explore emotions or to grow together, it would be my honor to walk alongside you.

Education and Training

I previously worked as a teacher assistant in an elementary school with special education students, which deepened my understanding of childhood emotional needs and strengthened commitment to empathetic care. I also have a strong passion for writing.

I’ve published a book on ADHD in childhood, inspired by the desire to create resources that promote emotional awareness and offer meaningful support to children and their families.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ana G. Méndez University. I am currently completing a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (online modality) at the same institution, which is recognized in both Puerto Rico and Florida.
