Lara Noack
LPC-Associate
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) with 20 years of experience in education — as a teacher, college and career advisor, and school counselor. That background has given me a real, grounded understanding of the pressures that children, teens, and families face every day. I earned my master's degree in School Counseling and work under supervision, bringing both professional training and genuine life experience to every session.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe you already have resilience inside you — my job is to help you find it, build on it, and use it to create change that actually sticks. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, a big life transition, or just trying to understand yourself better, this is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and feel truly heard.
On a personal note, I'm a mom of three and bonus mom to three — so I get it. The joys, the messiness, the exhaustion, and the love that comes with parenting and blended family life have shaped me just as much as my professional training. I bring all of that with me into my work, because I believe the best counseling happens when you feel like you're talking to someone who genuinely understands. You don't have to figure this out alone — I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
